No, we do not collect any security deposit or registration fees.

Once you accept our terms and conditions,

  1. Login to your account on www.bokehdotz.com
  2. Select the equipment
  3. Pay the full amount or booking amount (40% of the rent)
  4. Pick up the equipment from our store. You can also opt for home delivery.

If you are borrowing equipment from us for the first time, it will mandatorily be home delivered (as part of the address verification process). You will be charged INR 200 for this service. The full rental must have been paid before the pickup/home delivery.

Make sure you return the borrowed equipment on time.

After you register with us, you can call us on +91-95 13 11 13 11 during our working hours to book.

Here’s an example of a typical one-day equipment rental:

  • Start day of the rental: May 07, 2017
  • End day of the rental: May 07, 2017
  • Home delivery of the equipment: May 06, 2017 (between 6.00 P.M. and 9.00 P.M.)
  • Return of the equipment: May 08, 2017 (between 9.30 A.M. and 11.00 A.M.)

Yes, you can reserve our equipment up to 90 days in advance.

If you cancel a booking a week before the delivery date, the entire amount paid so far will be refunded. For cancellations within the week of delivery, the advance paid (40% of the rent) will not be refunded. If you have paid the full rent at the time of booking and later cancel the booking in the delivery week, 40% will be deducted as part of the cancellation fee.

Yes, if there are no other pre-bookings.

Yes, we are open on Sundays.

In case you are not able to return the equipment on time due to unavoidable circumstances, please keep us informed.

Our policy as per our terms and conditions, in case of a delay is as follows:

If we do not receive the rented items within 72 hours of the end of the rental period, and if the borrower is not reachable via phone, we will initiate a recovery procedure. This will include handing over the case to our legal team, filing an FIR with the cyber cell, booking a case of Section 420, publishing the picture of the borrower on our website and other social media platforms. We will also use the services of a private investigator to track the person and the items down.
